Rich Bonora serves as the company’s President and Founder, a privately owned mortgage brokerage company. For 15 years, Rich has successfully cultivated a high standard of professionalism in an effort to provide a simplified, gratifying lending experience for the client. His vision has been the largest contributing factor to the company’s success and reputation as a premier mortgage brokerage firm. In addition, Rich oversees marketing functions such as product development and pricing strategies. Prior to 1995, Rich worked as Bank Manager with Long Beach Bank Mortgage. He earned his Bachelors Degree with a Business Major and Italian Minor in 1986 from University of San Diego. He is a Member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, Better Business Bureau, and Orange County Association of Realtors as well as Metro List Services. Rich is a dedicated business and family man who has two boys that he is very proud of.

Todd Benware has excelled as a loan officer at Equity Max Mortgage Company for 12 years. He is Vice President of Sales & Operations, in charge of all financial aspects of the business. He continues to outperform his peers and leads the company in loans successfully closed.
